INTRODUCTION

IT IS NO LONGER ONLY OUR NEIGHBOURS RESPONSIBILITY : WE ARE ALL RESIDENT TENANTS
SINCE TIME BEGAN : salus populi suprema est lex - the right of the people is the supreme law : IN TRUTH WE TRUST
THE LEADERSHIP : THE ORIGINATING PATHWAY : THE LAND TITLES
It is the established customary and traditional past practise of our human cultures to establish dominion over lands and waterways as a strategy to ensure the ability to provide shelter, nutrition and security for our families - within the tribal systems ... of a governance that prevails through mutual respect protocols.

This is consistent with the genetic traits of all life on Earth. And, likewise, it, also, occurs through the efforts of waterways, the air we breath; and, all systems within the universe.

Hence, it is a common system of preserving, protecting and propagating this universe.

Thus, Peoples - who are indigenous to a specific territory; and, of course, also, with those who are migratory - establish defined boundaries; usually, called land titles (a space from the center of the Earth to the top of the sky). And, it is an historical regimen for a tribe or nation to survey and designate names to geographic regions ... a system that encompasses the original, individual relationship of the person with the instance of creation; which many call the "allodial" title : which is understood to be a claim of being "consecutively settled by a sovereign individual" ... wherein, that person holds absolute title and establishes the rights and responsibilities of the the sole steward of law within that said region.

And, therein, through this "allodial title" the person shall not be deprived of such land - acquired and willed forward by custom and tradition; and, also, evolutionary through a common bond relationship between genders - through theft, war; or, any malfeasance; and, shall only transfer title through the :free, prior, informed consent" doctrines as apply to all governance that are duty bond to recognize and endorse the fundamental civil, political and human rights of all persons; while, being attendant to the universal duty of care as good stewards of the lands, airways and waters of this Earth.

The traditional and customary expression of these aforesaid conventions and doctrines have been expressed - for example - by these indigenous Peoples of the two Turtle Islands (North, central and South Americas) in written form - as below.

And, there is a backgrounder file, which seeks to assist others in understanding these allodial title holdings; which is rooted in these traditional conventions and doctrines of mutual benefit and respect that have evolved - in these two Turtle Islands over the most recent 13,000 years as populations streamed across these territories in the migratory evolutions from other Earth realms.

It is through the common and mutual understandings that entrenched rights are established through consecutive settling of sovereign Peoples over a period of seven generations (circa 210 years). And, where other shorter time claims are viewed as being specious, not valid and not consistent with good public policy.

Today, the universal generic, common interest expression and claim to this absolute triplexis (land, air, water) is expressed in document for - and, submitted to the UN General Assembly as statutory notice of claim - as follows :
