It is a matter of choice : the People can choose to work within the prevailing domestic and international vehicles of politic : i.e., the U.N.; the World Bank; GATT, TPP, et cetera; or, there can become another transitional assembly that is dominated by individual claim to land - one as opposed to the central mechanisms of real estate and resources that are dominant today : the government is enfranchised to act as the central arbiter of real estate; with associate financing services providing purchase capital.
If the populace decides to endorse an alternative assets system whereupon each person is enfranchised with property at birth (held in trust by the parent until the child reaches legal maturity - i.e., 19 years). The assigned property entitlement would remain in flux until specifically chosen by that child at maturity - with a common factor of 125 acres per individual being the entitlement.
